I don't know if it's possible to turn off that dialog, but here's 
something you can do: run a web server on the localhost (127.0.0.1) 
interface, and configure it to deliver a transparent 1x1 pixel image as 
its "404 not found" page. Then image requests to sites on your blacklist 
will become invisible images instead of error messages.
