My mozilla profile got corrupted so I started with a brand new one but then I have problem to re-use all my passwords cleverly encrypted with PSM :-(
At first, I believed I could just replace the "somenumber.s" file. But of course, I can't. Even with the same file name and master password I cannot obtain the same encrypted ASN.1 string for my IMAP server (for example).
Then I found this group and read all the really interesting related threads (thanks to TGOS ;-). And I found the following post:

If not, be sure you're using the same browser, the same browser profile, and the same master password as you used when you stored the password,Does it mean that it is not possible to _simply_ re-use my old password file? I still have the prefs.js file of the old profile.
and mozilla should be able to fill in the password for you.
Maybe I can try to re-use my corrupted profile and move from encryption to obfuscation...
Thanks for your help
Michel
