Yes, it does. So I managed this way to get back all my passwords.Maybe I can try to re-use my corrupted profile and move from encryption to obfuscation...I'm not certain, but I don't think mozilla supports converting an encrypted password file to a merely obfuscated one.
BTW, what is the format for obfuscation? Is it simple to convert it back to plain text?
So far, when I want to refresh my memory (or my PDA): For HTML forms, I have a bookmarklet to display the contents of the fields, but for ".htaccess" I would need a sniffer.
So if I can get a clear copy of my passwords, I can then GPG the file... for later backup. But at least, I will backup the key3.db file.
Thanks for your help
Still true ;-)
