I agree 100%. The Mozilla Newsgroups have more SPAM then any other internet medium that I have ever encountered. Every single virus that I have encountered was seen in this forum. Prior to setting an option to limit the size of attachments, Norton AntiVirus would frequently find 5-10 viruses every time that I read the newsgroups. This complaint more appropriately should be adressed directly to the forum moderators, but I could find no contact info for them at the mozilla web site. Please flame me if I'm out of conduct.
Could some moderator/administrator please set up some spam filters? The mozilla newsgroups are hit hard by spam and viruses. This group alone has a spam ratio above 50%. If you can't filter out the spam, at least eliminate the viruses sent as attachments.

Currently, I don't think that anyone is administrating the newsgroup server. Netscape used to run the servers and the Mozilla Foundation lacks the personnel to manage the servers. As a result, chaos reigns on the newsgroups. Someone should get Administrator access and remove SPAM/viruses within 24 hours of their posting.
