Select the account you are attempting to use. Click on "View settings for this account". There are 4 sub-selections (Server Settings; Copies & Folders; Composition & Addressing; Offline & Disk Space). The one you want to select is directly above Server Settings in the left hand pane. That will open a window in the right pane entitled: "Account Settings - <Account Name>".
