If you have an implementation of the blade dll, you can use the same one with the lame dll. The only point is that you can't use the Boolean type, you have to use the LongBool API type.   I wrote a Delphi 4 unit to encode WAV files using the lame DLL, but I don't use the blade header format. If you don't have compatibility problem, I think it's better to use lame header format.   Regards Gabriel
