[MP3 ENCODER] opensource C developer wanted for AlbumHeader for mp3

Hello,

In one last futile attempt to get mp3 enhanced & completed,
I set up a page.  It's all I can do for "the cause", so if you're a C
programmer, please visit:

and get quick facts.

Instead of keeping the thread in mp3encoder, I decided to delocalise
'project' so that if there's any intrest, polution would be kept out
of this list.
