I think it will be more useful, if we choose by configure's option or
auto detect them

1 "FLOAT8_is_float" or "FLOAT8_is_double"
2 "TAKEHIRO_IEEE_754_HACK"
3 "MMX_choose_table"
4 avoid math inline function bug of glibc 2.1.3
        (log etc. this could be from Vorbis :p)

I will try some of them tonight.
