I tested some other programs and they worked, so it may be something in the code. But I know it is almost impossible to find and handle I am downloading 3.92 right now so I could tell tomorrow how it works. (I will work this -march=athlon again, I doubt it will help but it works for some other programs, povray3.1 for example (it speeds up rendering for about 15% compared to -march=pentiumpro)) I don't want to use gcc2.96 (I read something that now it should work even with this version of gcc, but I don't believe it very much after I read so much about it (mainly from mplayer people) and gcc-3.0.4 is the only other alternative.... >> I guess it is gcc problem, but maybe it is possible to workaround it >> somehow... >Yes, lame 3.92 should handle it. >Bye, >Alexander. _______________________________________________ mp3encoder mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://minnie.tuhs.org/mailman/listinfo/mp3encoder
