Hi gabriel,
I got the Layer-2 code from
Lame.
But the problem with the ISO code is that, It doesnot
work for MPEG2-Layer1.
In the Readme, He clearly mentions that MPEG-2 laye1/3
is not supported.
I would be greatfull, If somebody can provide me some
help regarding the above said.
ie MPEG1/2 layer-1
