I am trying to convert audio files from the Apple Lossless format to
LAME using the following settings: (--preset cbr 320 -q 0 -ms). Will
the resulting audio quality be the same as if the files were being
converted from the AIFF format? The reason I am doing this is so I can
have a .m4a library on my computer and a .mp3 collection on my iPod.
Also, am I using the correct settings for maximum quality when using
the LAME engine?
