Hello I have working mpiformatdb'ed DB, namely est_fun and est_hum for each exists a <name>.nal and <name>.mbf and they are working individually very well I tried doing a test farm and wrote this test.nal file
TITLE a fake title DBLIST /path/to/db/est_fun /path/to/db/est_hum but without success although they work perfectly well with regular blast My question is simple, is it possible to have farming of DB with mpiblast ? if so what's the trick ?
