Hi Aaron,
that only works for NCBI databases. If you build your own or use data
libraries from elsewhere, you are stuck.
I really really like mpiblast, but because it doesnt handle fully support the
nal files, we arent using it to provide the blast service for our users - we
dont have one huge data library rather loads of sections.
Any chance of putting it on the feature request list? :-)
