Dear mpiBlast developers,
I am trying to install version 1.4.0
I have successfully patched ncbi and installed it. I then go to the
mpiblast directory and
./configure --with-ncbi=/home/jwasmuth/ncbi/ --prefix=/home/jwasmuth/bin
--with-mpi=/opt/hpmpi
I get the following:

checking for mpic++... no
checking for mpiCC... /opt/hpmpi/bin/mpiCC
checking for C compiler default output file name... a.out
checking whether the C compiler works... configure: error: cannot run C
compiled programs.
If you meant to cross compile, use `--host'.
See `config.log' for more details.
I 've tried all sorts to get this to work, having searched the web for a
couple of hours. Could you enlighten me?
