Hello,
I'm a Chinese student. I built a Linux Beowulf Cluster for Bioinformatics
Department. And I use MpiBlast to instead the traditional BLAST package. I
have a problem about my cluster.
I use Mpich 1.x as my MPI environment. I have 8 nodes with 1 server, so I'd
like to know when I run mpiblast, how many processes should I start? I mean
like this command:
mpirun -np yy { mpiblast commands }
yy is?
