hello,
mpirun -np <no. of processor> <mpiblast command>
so in place of no. of processor you have to define how many processors you want
to use.
If you have two processor in one machine and you have 8 nodes than you have to
give 16 processors as argument.

I'm a Chinese student. I built a Linux Beowulf Cluster for Bioinformatics
Department. And I use MpiBlast to instead the traditional BLAST package. I have
a problem about my cluster.
I use Mpich 1.x as my MPI environment. I have 8 nodes with 1 server, so I'd
like to know when I run mpiblast, how many processes should I start? I mean
like this command:
mpirun -np yy { mpiblast commands }
yy is?
Thanks in advance!
