As no issues with the MPIR 1.1.0 release candidate were found after
extensive testing, we are making release candidate 1 the final
release.

It is available from the MPIR website:

http://www.mpir.org/

Any and all bug reports are welcome.

Our primary testing has been on:

Atom, i7, Penryn, Core 2, K8, K10, Itanium, Pentium 4 32 bits, MIPS,
Sparc v9.

GCC, Apple cc, Sun cc, MSVC, Cygwin32.

If you can add to this list by testing MPIR 1.1.0 on your machine,
please do. We also like to hear build success reports.
