Actually, it seems MPIR does not rename mpir.h to gmp.h on any system
when --enable-gmpcompat is issued. So that is a bug in the MPIR build
system.

Hopefully it also happens to be causing the bug reported by the Sage
guys because I am unable to reproduce it.
