For some reason the head revision number was out of sync. I downloaded a new version from SVN and got revision 3191. I then redid our subsequent changes and a minor tweak to got to revision 3193. I have just done a small revision to bump head to 3194 in the hope that this might now work for you without the need for a full reload.
