I won't argue with you about Boston drivers, but I'd suggest that it's just
a more assertive driving style, which is not quite the same thing as here.
Boston drivers are hesitant to relinquish the right of way; Minnesota
drivers violate other's right of way.

I can't agree more with you about cell phones.  There's is plenty of
research showing that using cell phones while driving is almost as
dangerous as drinking and driving.  I don't understand why the
state legislature hasn't taken any steps to protect the public.
Here's a suggestion:  Make it unlawful to use a cell phone while
a car is in motion.
