Can you share your experience with Mike Sauro that would lead to this kind of defamation? I know Mike Sauro and I would not consider him to be "disturbed" in the least. He was involved in some well-publicized incidents about 15(?) years ago, which I, for one, have heard both sides of. I don't think his side of that issue was widely publicized back then, if it made the papers at all. It seems to me that you had better be able to back up a charge like calling someone "disturbed" or not make it in the first place.
