I certainly hope the agreement reached today will give some new momentum to all those who have worked so hard to keep the (AL Central leading and playoffs-bound!) Twins in Minnesota and especially to our city leaders and unabashed baseball fans like my councilman who recognize the importance of having Major League Baseball in Minneapolis.
