"Personally wrong" was the point of the recent nonsense over congress's rediculous overinvolvement in the Schiavo case. This is about a toxic substance we are being exposed to and which government's role is to regulate it and has nothing to do with personal viewpoints. This doesn't mean that we all don't have our personal opinions but they are NOT what this ban is about or why it was passed.

I would have to agree with you, George, but probably not in the way you mean.

Every one has the right to do MOST anything they want. However, as my former social studies teacher used to put it, the right to swing your fist where ever you want ends where my nose begins. Smoking where other people are forced to partake of second hand smoke because they are employed there or came to hear the band or are sitting in a non-smoking section that is poorly ventilated is equivilant to your fist hitting my nose.
