Wrong again, Mr. Surmak. The whole basis of Roe v. Wade is the right to privacy the Supreme Court says is implied by the First Amendment. But the right to privacy can be subordinated by the common good, when necessary, and that's why Roe states fatly that the state has an interest in preventing abortions beyond a certain point in gestation. This is a precedent and principle that can be applied in many instances, including smoking bans in Minneapolis and Hennepin County (and, hopefully, St. Paul), where the public interest outweighs property rights.
