Thanks for your help, its being appreciated.when rebooting of the servers
that particular MQServices also restarted at that time why Queuemanager
getting shut down without shutting down the applications first.

2161 means that MQ has refused your application's get or put because it is
shutting down. That's an expected error if you shut down the qmgr without
shutting down the applications first. Look further to determine what is
filling up your disk.
