Please correct me, but I believe Connect Direct is a file transfer utility
that includes scheduling, before/after scripts, compression, auditing and
some security. Runs in batch or foreground; mainly mainframe oriented, but
of course it sends/receives files to multiple, popluar platforms. I'm
racking my brain trying to remember its former name... was it NDM ? Its
been around on the mainframe for years. Good product, expensive. Don't know
if it has an API; don't think it has any kind of transactional features...

Anyone have a brief comparison of MQSeries vs. Connect Direct (from
Sterling)?

Thanks,
