Dear Rao,
We have gone thru the trace file, but nothinng specific was there
1) what was the error showing in the event manager (most of the time it
shows the correct reason)?
2) Our suggestions are
          i) I suppose the user (say mqadmin)might have assigned the
               Mqm,Mqbrdevt,Mqbrasgn,Mqbrops,Mqbrtpic in the user manager
for windows nt
ii) Delete the Broker and QueueManager with full options.(queue
manager will also get deleted)
iii) Recreate the Configuration mangaer, start the listener of
the queue manager
iv) start the configuration manager(check the event manager for
any errors)
          v) if there is no error open the control center with the
ip,listener port and queuemanager.

Pls get back to us if u have further problems

 cheers,
swaami.

Yes, both broker and configuration manager up and running. DB is
accessible.
Even i have taken the control center trace also and did not find anything
funny. Attaching
control center trace for your reference.

Is the broker up and running? Is the DB accessible? Have you gone through
the configuration step-by-step per the installation guide?

Hi,

I could not able to open control center, each times it pops up "operation
time out". Qmanager/Listener everything is running fine and do not
understand
why hitting this problem. Re-Installed nearly 4-5 times and same problem
continues. Appreciates any immediate response.
