Subject: Help - Authorization Problem

I installed MQ Series on a new Windows NT 4 box. I then go into explorer
and create a queue manager. When I show the properties of the queue
manager, the connection status shows up as "Not Connected". When I right
click on the queue manager and attempt to connect, I get the following
error:

Access not authorized. You are not authorized to perform this operation
(AMQ4036).

I also can't use runmqsc. I get the same error.

If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.
