We yet to have a tool but we have done is to code a program to monitor the qdepth or xmitq & dlq. if more than > 5, it will flash and highlighted to console and the operator will call the support team. Same for channel, af-operator will trap is the channel down and our operator will call the support team. This is only the interim solution until the tools come in place(not sure when).
