Further question however...

I currently have SEMUME (semsys:seminfo_semume) set to 2048 (the default
from the MQ docs is 256) and I have SEMMNU (semsys:seminfo_semmnu) set to
32768 (the mq default is 2048).

As can be seen, these value are WAY above the recommended defaults. Given my
errors, should I still be going higher, or should I look elsewhere?
