Looks like there may have been a problem opening the dynamic reply queue. Has the queue model used to create the reply queue gone? Has the app got authority to open it?
When the MQOPEN of a dynamic queue works normally, the MQOD.ObjectName is updated with the actual queue name created. Is it possible the code doesn't check that the MQOPEN of the reply queue actually worked??? Or is there an MQ bug where the ObjectName in the OD isn't updated when a dynamic queue is created? Is this Support Pack delivered in source - if so, it should be fairly easy to check the code.
