MA18 support pack has been withdrawn by IBM. I asked about MA19 as well which is by the same author. Since this information is being posted on the Support Pac site, you will be able to monitor its disposition as well. I suspect it is just a matter of time before MA19 is withdrawn as well.

As far as I can tell, you can still use MA18 from this site for backup purposes only and not for general use.
