Yes; specify the USERID( ) keyword on the E C START command. If you run
CICS with surrogate user security checking active (i.e., SIT parm
XUSER=YES), the user ID of the task issuing the START command must have READ
or higher permission to a profile of the form ( DFHSTART.target_userid ) in
the SURROGAT class.
