Vaughn, That error code corresponds to "268468488 0x10008108 zrc_CSPRC_Q_MGR_STOPPING". Do you see any QMgr processes running? Presumably you ran the crtmqm command as mqm (not root) so you should be able to see then with "ps -ef | grep mqm". If you see QMgr processes running, kill them in the order specified in the System Admin manual for the version of WMQ you are running, then do "/opt/mqm/bin/amqiclen -x -F". Assuming you are able to stop the QMgr, it may or may not be completely configured. You can try to start it again or you can dltmqm and build it again from scratch,
