I had noticed a related problem where the Configuration was not passed to the
MockOutputCollector when I was trying to give it a Configuration with
AvroSerialization added. Here's the patch I used to fix it for that case -- I
hadn't noticed that it was also broken for the MockMapContext and possibly
others.
