Add a new text box. In the control source add this...
= DateAdd("d",[DateOfBirthField],Date())/365
The Date() is a system function that returns today's date.
You will also need to adjust the decimals on the textbox to your needs.
May God bless you beyond your imagination!

Subject: [ms_access] newbie
I do volunteer work for a small not-for-profit. I know very little
about Access. I put an Excel spreadsheet of client data into a table
and am working up a form. One of the fields in the table is date-of-
birth. How can I get a peson's age using that field into a form? I
have seen a formula to do it, but have no idea how to get it into a
form.
Thanks for any help.
