Dear friend,
I hope my suggestion towards doubt is as follows
First you should make a query by expression builder as per sample
attached with this
And call that query to any form as per you wish
See the attached two file in access and excel for clarification and make
sure both file are in same folder before open because both are linked
Hope above suggestion will solve your doubt
Happy to ear more from you regarding with this

Subject: [ms_access] newbie
I do volunteer work for a small not-for-profit. I know very little
about Access. I put an Excel spreadsheet of client data into a table
and am working up a form. One of the fields in the table is date-of-
birth. How can I get a peson's age using that field into a form? I
have seen a formula to do it, but have no idea how to get it into a
form.
Thanks for any help.
