I can't say I've ever seen it, but the way I've now described things in my document, providing that option would be as easy as providing an additional radio button or other way of specifying this, and then having the code set SwingUnit = DIVISION (as opposed to DIVISION/2 for eighth note swing, or DIVISION/4 for sixteenths). The rest of the algorithm should take care of itself from there.
