Hi Maurizio, as it seems, it should be possible to adress Open Type features in qt. At least the minibrowser (example prog of version 5.8), which uses the qt-webkit, uses these features. It is no problem to show and use the online OT-feature-demo at http://clagnut.com/sandbox/css3/ So I'm sure, there should be a way to use it also in musescore.
