Depends - my board had one at a place with _very_ high heat capacity. It
nearly took a welder to replace it...

Deposition, yes, but with negative interest. _Any_ computer part is
outdated when you get your hands on it.
But now, I'm going to play a bit with UEFI, PCIe, SATA and such things.
