I don't think they change libraries of a *running* process *by* the *running* process. ================= It works both in LINUX & Win-32 (in win-32 - via the trick with renaming files). For instance, without this feature it would be impossible ( w/o inserting auto-run keys into registry & rebooting machine for them to trigger) to update libs used by software updater - OPENSSL, CURL,,.
