Strange. You activated 'View'-'Force Z-Order'? Did you feed any commandline
parameters to MSEide? Is there any effect of the window up/down arrow buttons
in a undocked layout?
I fear you need to debug yourself, I don't have Windows 7. If MSEide is built
('Build' not 'Make'!) with -dmse_debugzorder it will output debug info on the
console.
