AFAIK, msegui/ide can be compiled with fpc <= 3.0.4.
I did try to compile some msegui projects with fpc 3.1.1..
It was ok for Windows but fails for Unix.
I run fpc 3.0.4 on 64 bit linux, debian stretch with no problems.
I download and compile it from source as I compile for both 32 and 64
bit for linux and windows
