Hello Alexander. Maybe I miss something, but in your video all seems ok. Or maybe the lines of the Tstringgrid are not painted (difficult to see on the video)?
And if you run mseide and only click on the Tstringgrid of the form-designer, do you have still problems with the object inspector?
