Hi Bruce, It's mainly targetting at Linux, but I have been able to get it compiled on Cygwin. I can't remember what I did about libusb on Windows, but let me know if you discover anything useful or run into any problems. If the debug interface for the RF2500 appears as a /dev/ttyXX under Cygwin, that might make things a lot easier.
