Excellent news. A couple of questions:
1. What happens now about maintaining binutils? What is the procedure
for handling bugs and bug fixes?
2. Do you plan to get the C compiler and gdb into the official gcc and
gdb any time soon? I assume the C compiler and libc won't go in for a
while, since they are in a greater state of flux than binutils. gdb
might be OK, though.

This target will appear in a current snapshot or next release.
I will not update any binutils package on sourceforge anymore.
