recompile it yourself, Steve's build script is in /packaging in our CVS. you can also extract gcc-g++-3.2.3.tar.bz2 before configuring gcc.
but note that C++ support is restricted as the c++ library is not ported. there was a post from Dmitry some time ago where he mentioned what works and what not.
