That script builds the entire Windows installer you can find on the
mspgcc web site. I updated it today to match the installer that was
released a few days ago.
It assumes everything is in particular places. I quick scan of the code
will show you what and where. If you have any problems with the script,
please contact me. It builds the stuff OK on my machine, but has not
been tried elsewhere. I could well have missed a few dependencies
