It doesnt matter (I think), but it can confuse people. Call it .xmem or .mem2
.ram .xram .ram2 .ramx or similar :-).

It does matter. The whole 5K or 10K is available starting at 0x1100.
Pointing to the other memory area (0x200) at the same time would be a
bad thing, since it overlaps.
