As Baruch's reference states, cvs access, interactive shell, and some code
browsing is offline due to an attack on SourceForge. I can't do anything
about that, but a complete history of the mspgcc development from cvs and
bzr has been imported into a git repository that still seems accessible for
browsing at:
http://mspgcc4.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb.cgi?p=mspgcc4/historical;a=summary
You should be able to clone it too, and get a copy for local work.
